Q: Should I buy my ticket online?
A: Yes! Online ticket holders are guaranteed a glass and enjoy shorter check-in lines.

Q: Where do I go when I arrive?
A: Check in at the Plaza Shops, 210 Sherman Ave., Friday or Saturday. Bring your confirmation or printed ticket.

Q: Can I buy more tastings at the event?
A: Absolutely! Extra pours are $4 or $1 for 4oz tastings. Cash and card accepted.

Q: Are kids allowed?
A: Yes! All ages welcome. Only those 21+ with valid ID may consume alcohol. Kids and designated drivers get in free.

Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event.

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: We love dogs, but only service animals are permitted.
